Listing your Business - Terms and Conditions

The Business means the business entity on whose behalf the application form has been completed.

The User means a person or persons that has obtained The Business' details from the Assist247 website, with the intention of making use of The Business' services.

Assist247 means The Minga Trust IT 351/97 trading as Assist247, or any other entity nominated by The Minga Trust to trade on its behalf as Assist247.

Conditions:

  1. By completing this application and debit order, you confirm your authority to do so on behalf of The Business.
  2. For debit orders, payment will be deducted monthly in advance on the 1st of each month or first business day thereafter in case of a Sunday or public holiday.
  3. Debit orders may be cancelled at any time before the 25th of the month for the next month, due to the processing time required. Cash listings may be cancelled at any time before the end of a month.
  4. For cash deposits and EFT payments, payment will be required before or on the 7th day of the month for which payment is due.
  5. Assist247 has the right to accept or reject any application.
  6. Assist247 reserves the right to cancel the listing without prior notice in case of non-payment or unresolved complaints from Users, or any unlawful activity by The Business or its representatives.
  7. Cancellation will be at the sole discretion of the management of Assist247, and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
  8. Assist247 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel The Business' listing in order to recover any outstanding fees which may be legally owing.
  9. Assist247 reserves the right to increase listing fees due to new features or inflationary pressure, by giving 30 days’ notice to the Business via email at their registered email address.
  10. Note that the Receiver does not require VAT invoices for standing debit order deductions. However, should The Business require such invoices they will be provided on request.
  11. The authorised person acknowledges their familiarity with the provisions of the POPI Act, and by listing instructs Assist247 to publish The Business' details in the public domain on the Assist247 website as well as all our affiliated and partner websites, Apps and maps, as well as any personal details (such as mobile numbers) of contact persons specifically provided to Assist247 for advertising purposes.
