Our Background
Natal Recovery was established in 1989, by a young boy that just matriculated, Leon van Jaarsveld. Full of big dreams and a passion for trucks, Leon started repairing accident vehicles in a motor garage. This was the beginning of a journey that saw Leon open a panel beating shop, which later became a commercial panel beater. Leon then built his first rig, a Mercedes bullnose, a 1984 model that could tow accident trucks to his panel-beating shop. He instantly got hooked on the idea of super recoveries and started expanding his company in this direction. Out of passion, big dreams, lessons, dedication and perseverance – Natal Recovery was born.
