When I first joined Assist247 there were not many calls to my business.

The turnaround came when I got a visit from AUBREY WILLIAMS (ACCREDITATIONS MANAGER) who did a full accreditation on my business and listed me as a fully accredited ACE Rated workshop.

The first month was a dead month but after that it started to tick over. In my third month I started to see results. Thereafter I am getting 30% of my business from Assist247. It like rebuilding a new database of customers that I never had.

In my type of business (Motor Repair and Engineering) it’s hard to find new customers.

I may say that this is the best site ever to be on, and I will recommend this site to anybody who wants to join.

You can put money into advertising flyers but believe me Assist247 will give you a genuine customer for life provided you give them good service and quality workmanship.

This is just a letter to tell you about your product, I joined in April 2011 and till date I have had an awesome experience with this.

My call ratio has escalated dramatically and the amount of quotes (verbal & printed) that we had to process has risen, I also find our strike ratio is approximately around 48% based on amount of returned customers after telephonic or printed quotes have been processed.

As far as our awareness goes we have had new customers come to us and tell us that they never knew we were there and they also did not know we were so well equipped and they do not have to go elsewhere to perform other tasks on their vehicles, we are now their one stop shop.

We have customers coming to us from other areas whilst they are visiting our area to have work done, we also have customers flying out of O R Tambo for a few days leave their vehicles with us to do repairs and they collect or we deliver to O R Tambo.

As far as delivery service is concerned the team handling my account I have only had the best results.
